Yoga Schedule

Private Classes

I offer classes to groups of 4 or less or one-on-one classes in my studio or in the client's home. Additionally, I offer yoga in corporate settings such as nonprofit and government offices in pre-arranged situations. To schedule a class, please email me.

U.S. Department of Energy Classes

For all employees and contractors at the U.S. Department of Energy I teach in the gym there on Tuesdays at 11:00am. Email me for more information
