The Breath Project

The Breath Project is a seasonally produced newsletter that contains original and guest articles intended to stimulate the reader's consideration of breath as health. Each issue has a specific theme and demonstrates editorially and graphically yoga asana relevant to the theme. The menu on this page describes content for each issue to date. I invite questions and comments on anything you may read within.

If you are not on my email list and would like to receive The Breath Project as it is published, please email me and I will add you to the circulation list.
